Nathaniel and Hannah’s day was nothing short of amazing. Both the wedding ceremony and reception took place at Wells Reserve at Laudholm – a 2,250 acre gem of protected land in Wells, Maine. This venue was a photographer’s dream – for real, one of my all time favorites. Hannah’s carefully chosen details added a personal touch that made the wedding so special – the country floral bouquets {thanks to the AMAZING Frinklepod Farm}, the seating postcards, the large display of photos hung on clothesline {love}, the {very real deal} photo booth… a perfect dessert table, and the paper lanterns all over the barn {perhaps you’ll notice, I kind of enjoyed taking pictures of them}! Hannah got ready inside the Farm House and the ceremony took place on the lawn just outside. It was quite the tear-jerker of a ceremony – which included a Beatles medley of love songs performed by her two brothers. It was a glorious July day, with perfect blue skies and a slight breeze. After the ceremony, I had the pleasure of stealing the bride and groom to take some photos on the Laudholm Beach, and we even rode there in style – via golf cart! Their obvious affection for one another made photographing them a breeze. They are such kind and genuine people, and so very obviously made for one another. After some yummy {understatement} food {courtesy of Dandelion Catering}, some classy dancing took place {thanks to On Cue DJ Services} in the rustic barn as the sun set on a picture perfect day. I am super thankful to Nathaniel and Hannah for having me share in their love-filled day. Enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by! xo, Courtney
