Melanie and Nick met while she was studying abroad in New Zealand. Gush! <3 Their wedding day was super special, as they found themselves surrounded by love from friends and family, some traveling from as far as London, England and New Zealand! Their beautiful winter wedding was held at the Stone Gardens Yoga Studio in Meredith, New Hampshire. It was a mild New England winter day, which was super exciting because we were able to stop by the picturesque town docks in Meredith for some photos before heading to the ceremony without having to brave too many elements. Another plus to the mild weather was that Melanie and Nick were able to hold their ceremony on the porch outside the studio while their {bundled up} guests surrounded them. Melanie wore some {wicked} awesome blue shoes with glitter on the toes, and she and her bridesmaids stayed toasty warm in their beautiful fur stoles. I had a lot of fun celebrating with Melanie and Nick. Thanks for having me, you two!

Several words come to mind when thinking of Alex and Rachel… elegant, graceful, romantic… the top three ;-) But somehow, they manage to combine those qualities with a casual demeanor that made spending the day with this sweet couple an absolute treat. Rachel’s bridesmaids were all of her best friends since childhood {<3}, and Alex’s best man was his younger brother. The boys got ready at the Wolfeboro Inn while Rachel was just down the street at the lovely home of a family friend. My little photographer heart was so happy exploring the vintage decor throughout the house and using it as a backdrop for photos. Rachel’s makeup was done by the very talented Making Faces, and her stunning bouquets {including my favorite – calla lily’s!} were designed by Linda’s Flowers of Wolfeboro. When everyone was dressed and ready for some serious wedding action, we climbed aboard Molly the Trolley and traveled through the quaint Lake Winnipesaukee town to Brewster Academy. Their lakeside ceremony was very special, beginning with Rachel’s totally awesome entrance to “I’m gonna be {500 miles}”, followed by some readings from Calvin and Hobbes. After the ever-important “I do’s”, we made a quick trip to the Wolfeboro Town Docks for some formal portraits. We then returned to Brewster Academy for some photos at the boat house, and we finished just in time to avoid the rain. Rachel and Alex’s tent reception was nothing short of entertaining, and I can’t say enough good things about their wedding band {The Jazzlanders}. The night was full of dancing, laughing, and reminiscing. I was thrilled to be a part of it all. Thanks for having me along, Alex and Rachel!

Andrew and Kristin got married at the spectacular Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire. I was SO excited that they asked me to be their wedding photographer! This hotel is nothing short of grand – from its beautiful rooms, the views on the veranda, the cozy sitting areas, the classic charm… absolutely every detail! I could shoot here every day and never grow tired! Because winters in Northern New Hampshire are a tad chilly, their ceremony was held in The Conservatory, with a cozy fire roaring in the fireplace behind them. The wedding party was GAME for braving the cold to get some great photos on the veranda with the classic view of Mount Washington behind them – yahoo! I had SO much fun and I look forward to shooting here again! Thank you, Andrew and Kristin, for asking me to be a part of your gorgeous day. Enjoy! xo

Gabe and Kara’s wedding took place at the beautiful Inn at Valley Farms in Walpole, New Hampshire. And by beautiful I kind of mean breath-taking. The country setting was so relaxing, which fit just perfectly with Kara and Gabe’s personalities. And Kara’s bouquet… oh my, I drooled over the bright blues and greens and purples {and took lots of pictures}. Their reception was pretty rad too – with contra dancing and a traditional Jewish wedding dance called the Hora. The whole day was just lots and lots of fun.  It was quite the toasty July summer day here in New Hampshire, but the heat certainly agreed with this gorgeous bride and groom. I’m sure you’ll agree ;-) Enjoy!
